We ship most orders from our warehouse in Southern California Monday-Friday and tracking information will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us. All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal’s Protection Policies.
In cases where multiple items are ordered, we may ship from multiple locations to save transit time in getting your order to you. Therefore, it may not be possible to bundle orders for combined shipping, unless you notify us that you agree to extend shipping times.
P.O Boxes / Military APO and FPO/ Hawaii and Alaska / US Territories:
We ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you request another method (which may increase the shipping cost).
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect.
Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
International Shipping Policy:
All International Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International (except Mexico which is by Fedex International). The purchase price of the items will be stated on the customs form according to federal law. This also assures accurate valuation for insurance claims in case the item is lost or damaged.
All International shipments are sent from our California warehouse only and may require additional days to consolidate to this location.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes and we cannot be held liable for any charges and/or any delays caused by customs within your country. We have no control over this and you would need to contact your local customs to find what, if any, charges/delays there may be. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Sales Tax of 9.00% is assessed to each order shipped to a California address as per state law.
We do not allow returns and exchanges on item(s) unless stated otherwise in the respective listing. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise.
Note: Any items returned without prior approval will be refused.
Note: Any shipped orders REFUSED or UNDELIVERED to the customer and returned to our location will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and the freight charge.
Payment must be completed at time of ordering.

- Tracking number will be uploaded once we ship the item.
- We ship daily Monday - Friday. Most items will ship within 1 business day. Some items may require 2 business days. Tracking is available within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Damage / Defective Items - Please notify us if your package is damaged.
- Import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility and vary by country/location.
- Once we get the order and the payment cleared we will ship the item to our international facility, the tracking number will be provided, once the international department gets the order we will proceed the shipping thru USPS.
- Once we ship with USPS we will provide the custom reference number, so you will be able to track your package by the Custom Reference number.
- The shipment may take between 6-8 Weeks might be sooner depends on your country custom.
- The photos are just for illustration purposes only.
- Orders over $200 - Must be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address or Credit Card billing address and may require signature upon delivery.

Other Terms & Conditions:
- All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number, (RA#) from a Motorcycle DOT Sales Associate.
- We will gladly exchange/return orders from our customers with an RA # within 30 days of delivery date.
- Shipping charges will apply once we process your exchange if the customer is not satisfied with the item or he/she will be responsible for the shipping fees.
- Motorcycle DOT will honor the return and the shipping fees if the item is broken or defected.
- All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of the delivery date. If merchandise is damaged, please contact us ASAP so we may initiate a UPS claim.
- You have 5 days to contact us from the receipt of the merchandise. We will refuse any return/exchange packages without an RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Please have all merchandise shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging and condition.
- Make sure that you put the merchandise box inside of the shipping box. DO NOT ship the merchandise box by itself.
- All returns must have the original tags and product packaging in new condition. If the returned item is in used condition with tags unattached, your item may be returned to you COD or refused.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- Please ship in a sturdy shipping box (not product box). To avoid shipping damage.
- Please contact us before you start an eBay Return. We will do the best we can to have the best customer service and shopping experience with us.
- For faster exchange follow the Return steps to return the original item and receive a refund. Then place a new order for the new item. This will be a faster exchange and you may grab your item while it is still in stock.
